My grandmother is in this facility. Everyone is very helpful and nice. The only complaint is how slow the dining process is. I know you’re short staffed but I have a suggestion. I know that not everyone will like this and they could continue the way they have been. When a meal is brought to the resident give them the menu for the next meal and a pencil. My wife's grandmother is in memory care hospice at this facility. They are very good at what they do here and really have a caring staff.

If I coud give minus stars, I definitely would! Beware of being lied to and them stealing thousands of dollars! Signed to move my grandpa in, (paid deposit of $7300.00!!) 10th day to cancel was a Sunday so we called first thing Monday, but they still took most of the deposit. (Gave back a whopping $2800.00!.......woohoo) they lie and steal, but say that they are all about the elderly and care for them. Is this place really so insecure and greedy that they'll still $5k from a 97 year old? Atrocious!! Stay away!
