I’ve been treated by Dr. Botnick on two separate occasions now and I have been extremely disappointed both times. I was so unnerved by my first experience with her, I dreaded seeing her name on my board when I had to go back to the ER again for a separate issue months later. I was recently in the ER and Dr. Botnick was my physician. I think she was very competent and thorough. She explained everything to me in a clear manner. ER docs are working with multiple patient issues at once. Despite the ER being busy, she took time to connect with me and make sure I was clear on everything.
Unprofessional, condescending, dramatic and immature attitude. I assumed she was an intern... I have zero confidence in anything she told us.
