We absolutely love Dr. Featherstone. She is a fantastic physician who is caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, treats her patients with respect. I have two children who see her, and both express how much they like her. I love that she speaks directly to them, values their thoughts and feelings, and doesn’t talk to me like they aren’t present in the room. I highly recommend Dr. Featherstone, and am so grateful she is our pediatrician.
Beware of Dr Featherstone I am extremely disappointed with the care my son received from Dr. Featherstone. After a routine tetanus shot administered by her nurse my child developed cellulitis, requiring a trip to Childrens hospital where we almost had to stay overnight for IV antibiotics. To add insult to injury her staff had the audacity to charge me for the follow up visit related to the injury they caused. I would advise against trusting Dr. Featherstone with your child's health.
