I have to start this review with a tiny back story! I have been coloring my hair for a while now and every time I do that I like that to look like a nice change over, while I have had that a bit, its never been what I have exactly asked for. I have been going to Elisha for nearly 2 years now. Before this, I have never had an experience at any salon to make it my regular place to go. Her consultation and hair care advice is customized to what I need and she genuinely cares about her customers needs.
I had my haircut done at Elisha’s twice now and I had an amazing experience both times. Elisha took the time to understand my hair texture, and really listen to how I wanted my hair to look like. She worked through my layers patiently and the end result was beautiful. I receive compliments on my hair now wherever I go now. Thanks to Elisha for the awesome care and the lovely chat whenever I go :)
From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands! Elisha greeted me with water and explained how important it was to stay hydrated before my treatment . I loved that she took the time to educate me right from the start. The whole experience was amazing, from the scalp analysis to relaxing in that incredible Japanese shampoo chair (which also gives a massage divine!). Elisha talked me through every step. Had a wedding and needed to look my best. Made an appointment with Elisha and boy did she deliver! After a few extra minutes in her massage/shampoo chair, and thanks to her expert cut and styling experience I left her suite floating on a cloud and feeling oh so pretty. 10/10, would come again!
