Poor customer service. Drove from Detroit, as we had not transferred doctors. 10 minutes late due to traffic and would not see my wife. As often as doctors are late to their appointments you’d think there would be some flexibility and understanding. I hope they understand that if they are ever even late for a reservation in their life they get turned away.
