I love Dr. Grenier! I have made sure my insurance keeps me eligible to see her for the past 8 years. She’s the first doctor I’ve had that feels like she really cares, meets me where I’m at, is down to earth and supportive. She’s helped me navigate so many life and health challenges. I’m forever grateful to her and her team!
I always found Dr. Grenier and her staff at the Traveler's Clinic to have been excellent Doctors.
This review is the result of a terrible experience which I had with Dr. Grenier's office. She and her colleagues Dr. Howard, Dastmalchi, and Battle should not be allowed to take patients while their staff under the supervision of Winnie engages in total medical malpractice, faulty billing, insurance fraud, and medical malpractice. The staff screams at patients, neglects paperwork, and lies about and tries to disguise their identity on the phone so they cannot be held accountable for their terrible behavior. Great doctor. Not so great waiting over an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time and staff did not have the curtesy to keep me informed.
