Elise is not only a great person but a professional. She helped me through one of the worst times and never judged me she gave sound advice and treatment options. Wish I was still in Pennsylvania just to have her back.

Voice wise she’s polite. Body language wise not at all. She literally looked me up and down when she walked in the room and a couple times when inputing information in the computer shook her head. Not sure if I’m describing it right but when she’s talking she’s not mean but it’s almost like she doesn’t realize you can see her cause she’s shaking her head and looking you up and down and giving glances like her whole face is covered by the mask and not just her mouth and nose.
