She didn't treat me like a patient; she treated me like a friend and went on that emotional journey with me. Dr. Potter made the process better than I could have ever imagined. Her team was also amazing - kind, caring, and made me extremely comfortable by letting me be me.
Every single person in Dr. Potter‘s office is spectacular! Kind and professional. This particular review is for my much-needed lymphatic drainage massage by Annaliese. She was knowledgeable and sympathetic… thorough, but not pushy. She seem to really understand what I was trying to explain and what I needed. A truly great experience! I will be scheduling another massage soon.
Looks like UnitedHealthcare is setting the record straight and proving that everything this Dr. said about the incident was false/inaccurate. It makes sense though. She’s a plastic surgeon so she’s really just doing this all for publicity because she knows it’s a hot button issue. Plastic surgeons are known to be attention seekers. I look forward to her being sued by the insurance company and sued by the patient for leaving the procedure to take a phone call.
