I can’t thank the team enough for how patient, kind, and accommodating they were throughout my dress journey. I came in with a vision to make an adjustment on a dress I loved. They took the time to pin fabrics exactly where I wanted, helping me see my dream dress come to life right in front of me. The entire experience was truly 10 out of 10 — I’m so grateful for their care and attention to detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to say yes to my dress!
Very poor customer service. The staff do not try to work with you in finding a dress and judge based on size. Not friendly at all.
