Looks like reviews are great but Just called to see if they were taking new patients and the lady on the phone says "yes we are, the soonest we have available for a new patient is June 2027". What?! So no. They're not taking new patients.
Don’t bother just called to try to make a new patient appointment, two years out that’s ridiculous and besides that the lady on the phone was not very pleasant. With all the favorable feedback, you would think that experience would’ve been much better for me. It’s almost like they didn’t even want my business.
2 year wait Absolutely ridiculous to be told the soonest availability is two years out so basically 2028. Why even have a new patient option on your phone system, why not just have the phone system say you are currently not accepting new patients? Heck hire some help or expand, Hernando County is growing.
