With all due respect, our text reminder system does advise new patients to arrive 15 before their appointment time to give our staff time to get information from you and build your chart. If we had known you were running late as you were, we would have had a better opportunity to and more than happy to accommodate you. Booked an appointment with Dr Sprarkes. They booked me a couple of months out. A week before my appointment they called and rescheduled me because she had a doctors meeting at the same time as my appointment. No problem, I did need to reschedule another appointment that I already had to make this one. A couple of days before my appointment I realized I hadn’t received a reminder so I called to confirm.
