Thankfully, I will never have to see Dr. Rogowitz again! She misinterpreted my thyroid ultrasound, told me it was suspicious for malignancy, and scheduled a biopsy. I questioned the measurements she quoted so I called the radiologist and compared ultrasounds which indicated she had made a mistake. That happens. However, I wrote 3 messages to her on MyChart and phoned her office three times over the course of 3 days. No response. Dr. Rogowitz is very patient and her explanations are clear and put in laymen’s terms. Her front office and back office are both excellent and very helpful!
