I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this nail store. I showed the technician, Lean, a specific design, but what I got was completely different. The shape of each nail was inconsistent, and the design was nothing like what I requested. When I pointed out that one nail was missing gel, the technician, Nina, dismissed my concern, claiming this is how they always do nails, and everyone else loves it. I felt manipulated and unheard. Bad service . Not know how to respect a customer
Elisa's Nails does an amazing job. The location is clean and bright and the staff are friendly and prompt. My pedicure was very relaxing and they made me feel pampered. Excellent value and I will be back.
