My in person meeting with Dr Quintana was fine. The problem is when she moved offices and my prescription ran out. I contacted her office and she wouldn't refill until I saw her in person and the earliest available was in 9 weeks! When I told the lady on the phone I can't wait 9 weeks to get my refill she told me it wasn't their fault my prescription ran out and then she hung up on me!!!
I went to Elisa looking for a new PCP. I was expecting smiles. Good bedside manner. No. She didn’t smile once. Was not personable. She did not listen to me at all. Submitted referrals I did not need. Did not send me with a lab script even though I wasn’t old I needed one. The facilities parking was atrocious. I will not be going back here. Autumn the resident was fantastic.
