terrible on-line service I placed an order nine days ago with elisa ilana. I have received nothing except one weak customer service response promising a delivery date which has come and gone.Stay away if you expect prompt service and reliable on-line consumer oriented behavior.

Elisa Ilana is absolutely the best jewelry store in Omaha and the surrounding area. They have jewelry and gifts for all price ranges and they are the oldest Pandora jewelry retailer in the nation! Pretty cool that they are in Omaha... I purchased my wife's engagement ring from here, along with both of our wedding bands. I have been back numerous times for gifts and the staff is always so friendly! They are easy to get to and parking is a breeze! I placed an order for a ******* Bracelet and a charm totaling $290.00. Approximately a week later I received a phone call informing me that my shipping address and my billing address were not the same. I was asked to provide additional verification in order to process the transaction, to which I gladly agreed. I verified my information, the billing address, and the zip code. BEWARE of purchasing ANYTHING online. They do not ship. We had purchased a ******* ring online and they sent one and charged us then sent a second one and charged us again days apart. We never got an order confirmation. We called to try to return the second ring from a duplicate order and asked for a return shipping label and never received one. I received a mother's bracelet and have since purchased several other pieces of beautiful, unique jewelry made by Elisa Ilana. Very bad customer experience as a first time buyer. I received jewelry that was obviously used and corroded in some places, arrived with no new tags! And after speaking to Customer Service, so-called manager I spoke to stated that I would not get a refund for the item because it was sale item and that he can guarantee no refund, but that I can go on ahead and send pictures of the damaged item to customer service e-mail if I wanted to. Dreadful.. They have my money, now to hell with customer service.

Wow! This store is fantastic! I buy all of my wife's jewelry from these folks and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Their selection is amazing and their staff is always so courteous. 10/10 would recommmend!

Paid extra for 2-3 priority delivery for my item to never show up. Called customer service they are extremely rude and don't want to help! Had to dispute charge through my bank because they refused to refund/resend the order out! Never will I ever do business with this company.
