I had a 1987 VW Vanagon that had trouble starting and Eli went out of his way, including visiting multiple auto-shops, in order to find the unique sized spark plugs that we needed to get the van up and running again. He was incredibly patient and aimed to please. I would recommend him to anyone who needed help here in the local Marietta area.
