Run away from this place. We got hit by someone and our car has been in the shop starting June 10. It is now Sept. 30 and still very unclear when we will ever get out car back. We urgently need it back to move across the country by Oct. 25, and Connie from Eli's has known about this since she was reassigned my case on July 12 (see below for story on how all our files were initially lost).
