About this business

Locals love this little barbecue place for its lovely, unpretentious atmosphere and predictably delectable smoked meats. Gorge on delights like Eli's Pulled Pork Sandwich and Nathan's All-Beef Hot-Dogs. There's a delicious selection of sides including cheesy macaroni, baked beans, and jalapeno-cheese grits. The interior at Eli's BBQ sports clean lines with a red and black checkerboard floor and all-white walls. Probably the best smoked turkey sandwich I've ever eaten...delicious! Really happy about the added roof and restrooms...thank you.

I'm by no means a cheap ass but Eli's is now overpriced. Went from $9 to $10.25 - a 14% increase for a sandwich w/ 2 sides. Bummer!

Eli's was said to be one of the best in the area. We were disappointed. Thw pulled pork was salty and tough. The mac and cheese had a unique taste. Tried it, would not go again.

I had the ribs with Jalepeno cornbread and coleslaw. The ribs were excellent but overpriced. $11 for 4 average sized bones & an additional $4 for two sides. The sides were good but nothing special. $15 for this meal was out of line compared to other rib joints I've gone too that are just as good. If you're ever in the Detroit area, try eating at The Boneyard, you'll understand my review.

I was very pleasantly surprised by everything at Eli's, except for difficulty finding parking. Pork BBQ was outstanding, the sides were interesting with unique flavors, and the ice cream truck had outstanding floats for dessert. Low budget venue, but fun because so crowded and decent music.

We absolutely were impressed!!! Not with just the food which just melted in your mouth but with the vinyl records being spun!!! Thank you for a GREAT lunch experience!!!

It was good. I think that if they continue to have the small of a menu they should expand their barbecue sauce choices. Macaroni and cheese was kind of bland. Other than that no complaints!

In my opinion, Eli's has the best ribs in the Cincinnati area and one of the best in the country. I highly recommend this place. I would also encourage ownership to expand and open an indoor restaurant on the west side of Cincinnati.
