Our 20+ year-old AC went out in the middle of summer, and I decided it was time to replace it rather than keep it limping along with repairs. I collected 5 or 6 quotes from local/regional HVAC companies for AC and furnace replacement. Eli's was suggested by a neighbor, so I gave them a call to schedule a quote. I was referred to Eli by someone who recently used his services. I called and left my information with Sharon, and was told I'd receive a call from a tech. A week later I still did not receive a call, so I called back again. I left a message with the Answering Service, who took my information, and said I'd receive a call back. They still have not returned my calls. If this is how they treat their potential customers, I cant imagine how they treat their actual customers. Not recommended, not reliable.
