Our 20+ year-old AC went out in the middle of summer, and I decided it was time to replace it rather than keep it limping along with repairs. I collected 5 or 6 quotes from local/regional HVAC companies for AC and furnace replacement. Eli's was suggested by a neighbor, so I gave them a call to schedule a quote. I was referred to Eli by someone who recently used his services. I called and left my information with Sharon, and was told I'd receive a call from a tech. A week later I still did not receive a call, so I called back again. I left a message with the Answering Service, who took my information, and said I'd receive a call back. They still have not returned my calls. If this is how they treat their potential customers, I cant imagine how they treat their actual customers. Not recommended, not reliable.

We’ve called them twice. The first time was for our downstairs unit which wasn’t heating. They came for free and quoted $7k to replace the unit with a decent brand. We went with our contractor’s friend for $5.3k but Eli’s quote was better than Tucker’s ($25k!). When our upstairs unit stopped cooling a couple months later, they came out for $115 and found a loose wire to reattach. I was very thankful they didn’t automatically quote replacing the unit. And they came same day. They’ll be my go-to in the future.
