Eli is outstanding. After contacting my Home Warranty and the company they assigned us tried telling me I needed $1,500 part or to just buy a new furnace for $6,800. I was recommended to contact Eli and had to totally different experience. Eli is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. He came into my house, made his assessment and fixed the issue with my heating system. My furnace went out and needed to be replaced. Most companies tried to get me to replace my entire system (including a recently replaced condenser that was still working) but Eli's quoted the parts that actually needed to be replaced. Not only were they the most affordable quote, they were also the fastest to respond and be on site, and they were great about educating me throughout the process.
