I had pedicure today evening. I and my mother are their regular customers but never got interaction with manager. And today i got interaction with her but she was very rude. She was ignoring me when I was talking to her.
The only place I get my nails done. The nail artists always make sure I like the shape, length & design. They're very welcoming and kind even when they're really busy. I always love my nails thanks to them 🥰
Service is bad, the techs are rude, not enough techs to be booking more clients than they can handle, nails chip 5 days later, the supervisor (or asian lady with glasses) rushes the nails and they need to be fixed (they won't do it for free). I used to like this salon then realized and read they're all rude, careless and sloppy. Won't be going there from now on, and recommend you find a new salon.
