Reliable, friendly and trustworthy – I've been going to Eliot for over 3 years - I've got an older car that I don't like sinking a lot of money into and I trust him when he says 'take care of this now' vs. 'here a couple of things to think about doing in the next year to keep it running well.' Also, he provides you with a 'loaner' car if you need it. And he is very communicative/responsive and has gotten me in at the last minute more than once. Overall, a nice guy that runs an honest business.

Quick and Convenient Auto Repair – The first time I brought my SUV to Eliot's was for a brake inspection because my Jeep was beginning to squeal when I would stop. I was fully ready to pay for the replacement of the pads but after the inspection, they thought that would not be necessary. Obviously, the brake pads will need to be replaced one day, but they gave me a honest assessment and deemed it unnecessary at the time. Best You Will Find, No Contest – Eliot's is the best shop in the city. Say your best friend's brother ran a repair shop and you went in there, that is how Eliot treats you. Great guy, but more importantly competent honest mechanic. Despite being a big guy, I do not know a lot about cars. Like the Seinfeld episode, I'm all "Oh I need a new Johnson rod? Outstanding auto repair – Been a long-time customer of Eliot and wanted to share how much I appreciate his quality service. We have a car in another city right now that is been having issues and it is nerve-wracking not knowing if the mechanic is blowing smoke. Eliot always gives an honest assessment and plan to keep our car running in top shape. Check this shop out.

Good Communication – I had my rear brakes on my 2004 Accord fixed by Eliot which included pads, roters and calipers. When he called and told me the caliper needed replaced, I knew right away that this was not going to be cheap (it ended up being close to $600). But, what can you do. I went ahead and got the work done and the brakes are back to working normal again. I dropped my car off on Friday morning and had it back again on Monday morning. Excellent work – Our minivan is a 1993 with plenty of miles. Although we were nervous about taking it on our long-distance vacation, we asked Eliot to inspect and repair it beforehand. It drove better than it had for years, even after the 4600+ miles we put on it. (Yes, I know we now need an oil change!)

Good work....Good men – Eliot & his guys have taken care of the several cars I've owned over the past 7-8 years......Simply,....I trust him to accurately & honestly fix my car & charge me correct going rates.....So, that word Trust is BIG when it comes to a mechanic & your car........Give Eliot a try!!

honest and fair – I've been using Eliot for about10 years. Never had any complaints. Last week took our Pontiac back to the dealer for work only they could preform. They "found" several other items they said needed repair. The bill would have been 3 times what we expected. We had the dealer only do what we brought the car in for. Next we went to see Eliot.
