Three words to describe this practice: Caring, Serious, Family-Like (OK, that last one was made up, but you get the idea. I as worried about seeing a lawyer after my accident. It is difficult when an attorney has to refer his son to a personal injury attorney, especially after spending the prior week at a hospital. Fortunately, I sent my son to meet with Eliot, and Eliot was able to resolve the matter without having to file a lawsuit. Eliot represented not only my son but also two other passengers in the vehicle. He was able to achieve an excellent result under less that ideal conditions.
