Thought I had a failing blower fan. Bought a replacement and made an appointment to have it installed. Jim called me and asked me if I had the receipt for the part because I didn't need the fan replaced. A piece of paper had slipped behind the glove box and was caught in the fan motor making the noise. Honest people here. Thanks for the great service!
