This company has the worst customer service department I’ve ever dealt with… They take money from your account without telling you, which has happened to me twice they don’t communicate with their outside agents at all…. They have a employee there name Sofia Perez and Anna Gonzalez that should be fired on the spot in my opinion… you ask for a supervisor and there’s never one available… I personally think this is a great company and I have one of best agents they have, but customer service needs a upgrade bad….
