In order to cancel my contract with EMG, they want to charge \$495, even though the lifetime value of the remaining contract is worth less than \$432.They also limit me to cancel the contract to a small window of time from no more than 90 days, and no less than 30 days from the tie the contract anniversary date. They werent supposed to bill us until we activated the account. We didnt activate because we couldnt get it set up properly and no one at Eliot would return our calls. They started billing us anyway. The last time my call went through to someone, she told me that we had to pay for the next 3 years whether we use the account or not and hung up when I kept insisting that their rep had told us otherwise. What a joke!
