Dumb receptionist here is refusing to fill my medication because “you can get it over the counter”. Shut up if you don’t know what you’re talking about???? I get it prescribed for a goddamn reason.

Worst mental health services I have ever gotten in my life. Do not go here unless you wanna get worse to the point you wanna end everything. I have gotten worse from being here. They provide medication that should be checked every two weeks. Did not get a single call back and these medications can cause psychosis if not used right. I will never ever go here again. The crisis response here is abysmal. If you're experiencing negative side effects, you can't call and talk to a provider about your concerns. The receptionists role their eyes at you over the phone. After called over and over for 3 business days, I finally got a call back from a provider who "booked" me an appointment with our provider, but that provider never showed up.
