It is actually insane how abysmal their psychiatrist/med management services are here. Dumb receptionist here is refusing to fill my medication because “you can get it over the counter”. Shut up if you don’t know what you’re talking about???? I get it prescribed for a goddamn reason.
Good luck getting anything done with reception. They're extremely rude and do not respect you at all. They will straight up hang up on you when you get rightfully upset they aren't doing their jobs. Genuinely so unprofessional. edit 04/2/25: LMAO AND THEY PUT IN THE WRONG MEDICATION? WHAT A JOKE
Worst mental health services I have ever gotten in my life. Do not go here unless you wanna get worse to the point you wanna end everything. I have gotten worse from being here. They provide medication that should be checked every two weeks. Did not get a single call back and these medications can cause psychosis if not used right. I will never ever go here again.
