My mother was placed here after her back surgery for a few days. The actual care she got was good in terms of physical therapy, but the place has some problems. It is true that when you visit, no one mans the front desk. It is blind luck if someone happens by to let you in. When my mother arrived, she was just plopped in her room and no one said a word to her. She never received her evening medication. The building is a dump. None of the bathrooms work right. I think some of the staff here really care but they (care staff) are understaffed and underpaid. They have tough jobs ...thank them when you see them! D The Drs do not seem to care that much and seem rude.Ask if there is anything you could donate here..clothing? linens? books? Extra hand sanitizer? If you are concerned about the care of your loved one..reach out to the Ombudsman's . They can help help keep an eye on patients. You can also reach out to the corporate office.
