Dr. Zeldina delivered my first baby via C-section and had horrible bedside manner. She wasn’t helpful in going through the surgery and post op care. Before and after my son was born she said how it was like cheating. Such a horrible thing to say when this was the safest way to deliver my baby. Do not recommend her.
Dr. Jessie Ariel Mercado Ferreras (valley health in Waldwick NJ) should NOT be allowed to practice medicine and be close to any patients specially women. He’s untrustworthy. Both my wife and good friend’s daughter were touched inappropriately during a regular exam. Valley hospital regulatory body was advised and complained filed. However, amazingly, he’s still working there!!! He should be in prison and behind bars. A disgrace to medical field. 😡😡😡
Dr Zeldina has a horrible bedside manner. She acts like she has much better things to do than talk with a patient. When my husband and I asked her a question before our son was born she became very rude and condescending. The nurse on duty apologized for her after she left the room. I've since spoken to other nurses that have said how difficult she is to work with! Stay away from her if you can! It has been 6 years since I have seen Dr. Zeldina, and I still remember the experience. It was my first gynecological check in (as I had just turned 18), and when she asked me if I was sexually active, without missing a beat she took it upon herself to answer for me "no, you're too young for that." If reading this experience doesn't sit well with you, I recommend going elsewhere for care.
AVOID HER. She rushes you and makes you feel like you're wasting her time. Terrible bedside manners. She doesn't care about her patients. She's just awful.
I have been seeing Dr Rooney. I have never been so livid in my entire life. I left a message on prescription refill. Going back and forth with them. Dr. Rooney couldn't care less I was about to miss pills THREE PILLS. Took her sweet time refilling them. Finally, after going back and forth she renews them. I'm late 3 days. Body is all screwed up. I notice AGAIN. I'm not going to have enough pills till my appointment in June. So calling again for a refill and was declined because i was supposed to be there in February! I HAVE ... read more
Rare doctor in terms of attention to detail, investigative nature, and diligence in followup activities. Truly exceptional
Went to doctor Rooney for the first time bc my appointment w dr nitz was cancelled who is my regular doctor at Ramsey...never going back to doctor Rooney she was rude and uninformative let alone the wait was over an hour. She didn't explain anything she was doing and asked inappropriate questions was very unprofessional. Worst of all I had asked a simple question of whether or not I could be pregnant she said she had no idea but if I missed my period next month to call the office....like I didn't know that already. If it wasn't for Dr. Zeldina, my rating for the practice overall would be 5 stars because I love all the other doctors and staff at this practice, except her. I was fortunate to only have to see her once during my first pregnancy and that first impression was everything. She was nice enough but like another reviewer said, was flighty and she speaks very quickly in a rushed manner that you can barely understand what she is saying.
