Treated my condo about 10 years ago. The condo assoc was under a termite contract with a national company but but I still had active termites and they would not treat. I found Eliminator and Duke drilled all around the perimeter of the interior slab and I still do not have termites. No commissioned salesman hype. This company is good old fashioned, honest, salt of the earth, ethical company who actually cares about their clients and the service they provide. True pros. They've got my vote!

I have been a Realtor for over 10 years and I have been recommending, and using, this company for over 8 years. I have had a LOT of experience with Eric, Lisa and their team and can honestly say they are truly a great company. They are trustworthy (which is especially a big deal with termite/moisture companies! I have heard, and experienced, many companies around here that are not honest unfortunately!). They are dependable, VERY fair in their pricing and most importantly they are honest and truly care about their clients.

If I could give this company 100 stars, I would! Upon finding termites three weeks ago, we immediately started interviewing companies to exterminate our home. We had 7 companies come out and give us estimates. Each company had salesmen come out and tried to "sell" us the job. We learned more and more with each company. Then I called a friend who flips houses and asked for a recommendation. He suggested we call The Elliminator Pest and Moisture Control.
