I would not recommend this pest control company. They seem knowledgable and friendly over the phone and when they come over to price out the work they will say whatever they think you want to hear. They make empty promises and do not live up to their word. The technician told me they had a guarantee and that they would come back to check on things free of charge. I called about having a hornets nest in our back yard taken care of at around 3 PM. They said someone would be out between 6 and 7 PM that same evening. Jonathan showed up on time, sprayed the offending nest and within 24 hours there was no evidence of any hornet activity at all. After a few days I took down the dead nest myself. Easy to schedule, they showed up quickly and on time, acted professional, did what they said they would do and for a fair price. I'm pleased and would use them again.
