I have sent Elim Services several emails with questions of my concerns regarding issues in my neighborhood. They haven't responded to any of them. Their website reads: “As association Managers, we believe in listening to each homeowner to fully understand their issues and to work to resolve those issues as quickly and efficiently as possible." Absolutely horrible management company. Unorganized unable to keep employees unable to keep records straight ignores complaints both from the neighborhood and residents. Will not email back will not return phone calls . I would not recommend using this company.
