On two occasions my needs as a customer were not met. The first time I asked for a broken acrylic tip repair and a painted on French pedicure . The owner herself only added on several layers of acrylic which was then followed by the French painting. The nail looked extremely thick compared to the other and she did not even bother to sand it down. She said there was nothing she could do about it.
