Updating my previous review. After going to Elim consistently for years, this morning when providing a loyalty card which shows very specific stamps the store uses, it was insinuated that I somehow fabricated the card. How I could even possibly do this I have no idea - I would have to find a stamp with a foreign character (of which I have no idea what it says or where to even find this very specific stamp or what the character means) and then find an extra loyalty card to use the stamp. I had a fantastic experience at ELIM Nail & Spa! I called with a question about pricing for a men's manicure, and they were incredibly helpful and pleasant on the phone, quickly letting me know the price was $25. Even more impressive, it seemed like they were willing to open their doors a little early just because I was at the door. The level of customer service and friendliness is amazing. I'll definitely be coming back!
I really love how pleasant and accommodating their staff are. I'm a simple girl, so I can't speak to getting extravagant patterns. I can speak to how I've been treated though, which has made my experiences feel comfortable, accessible, and enjoyable. I'm always glad I came.
Love this nail salon. I always come with my mom who is in her late eighties and they are always so nice to her.
