I didn't get paid for the 8 hour training day, which was hands on and I worked (gave the client a sponge bath, assisted with mobility, dressed, fed and provided companionship, while the "trainer" watched). On the second day, I worked, and the manager told me the payment went to the Gusto wallet (which is an app they make you download; it takes all your personal information), then sent me a phony debit card in the mail, which never works. This company should be sued or something for under paying their employees only 12hr to change colostomy bags,etc having to get clients up with hoyer lifts all ADL’s Elijah healthcare gives no raises no holiday pay not even vacation pay no over time and not even a thank you during the holidays when employees works every single holiday how does a company do this where is osha?

Elijah Homecare is the worse company ever. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They hire people with no experience at all. Just take their word. They have strict crazy rules they can't help clients to a certain extent. They want clients to basically do for themselves. What is the Homecare there for? To just sit & look at the clients! They are sorry!

I notice when I do an application for this company. They always claim they move forward to the next person. Which is absolutely fine by me. I don't have to work for this company. I have 7+ years of experience. But yet ya'll hired a female no experience no nothing lol I'm still good on my end at brightmoor I was just trying to help ya'll out
