I received excellent care by the doctor and his staff. They were informative, caring, and efficient. I have only one complaint and this involves the staff person who checked me in at intake. Her name is H. Torrey and she deserves to be called out so that she can correct her behavior. She was (without cause) dismissive, officious and, when I expressed shock at her uncalled for attitude, proceeded to deliberately slow down the check in process to a ridiculously slow pace. Everyone at this facility is wonderful and friendly. From the gentleman who gave us our visitor badges, to the surgical check-in, to the nursing staff, anesthesiologist, to Dr Verheyen, everyone and I mean everyone was fantastic. Thank you
She was knowledgeable about my condition and made good suggestions for me. I felt comfortable with him and his liked his calm demeanor.
