They are not very good with dealing with curly hair. I went in for a layered Bob, showed them multiple pictures and videos. They did not do rollers or put me under the heat. That's a main thing for curly hair to be able to contain the hair better when it's time to blow dry. My right side was cut shorter then my left. I had to go home and finish the job myself.
