Discussed my reason for being upset.he heard me out and They did refund me half my money back which was great! he also discussed to fix and style my hair for free. Someone was suppose to call me for the hair appt but I have not yet received the call.
I came to Alicia at Elie Tanous Salon with a bit of a hair emergency after returning from a long trip overseas. The previous person who colored my hair hadn’t matched it correctly, and everything was looking a bit unbalanced. I came across Alicia by chance, and I’m so glad I did. I truly lucked out! Alicia listened so attentively to what I wanted and did such a beautiful, thoughtful, and methodical job correcting the color and blending everything seamlessly.
