I went online to find a highly rated stylist to do a color correction and after looking at countless salon reviews, I settled on Renu at Elie Tanous in Riverside Square. What a blessing! Renu is absolutely wonderful. I met her Wednesday for a very thorough consultation and went back today for the correction. Sad to see the quality of service dwindle. I came for root color and my stylist Mina immediately started selling me other services without even establishing a rapport first. When I complained that the color was burning my scalp and that it was unusual for me to have this much discomfort- she kept repeating that my skin was sensitive and that nothing was wrong on her end. Renu is the best. She has been cutting my hair for 15 years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the job. She uses the best products to clean and style my hair. I love walking out of there feeling great about how I look!
