I order two items 2 weeks a go. After a few days I send them email and also I call them many times. They don’t respond to any of my emails and phone calls. After 10 days they refund one item and still I don’t know about other item. This is totally unacceptable from a brand like Eli Tahari. Bad customer service. Even their chat not working and they don’t respond. On their site they said they send orders within 4-5 business day. Totally lie. Bad service and bad business.
One of the best shopping experiences ever! Kimberly was extremely helpful, she found a dress for me based on the event I was attending and I loved it! Ina was also outstanding they both worked together to make sure the dress gets to me before my event. I was raving about them to my sister who I will definitely take shopping there!
My first time shopping at Elie Tahari was very positive! Customer service was exceptional besides the fact that the store and clothing collections are lovely and beautifully displayed. Ina helped me find exactly what I wanted. She was so friendly and cheerful and very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back after such a enjoyable experience!
Ina did a great job juggling customers right before her store was closing. I ended up buying a couple thousand dollars worth of clothes. Great customer service
