Lady that worked there opened the changing curtain on me while I was undressed! She was extremely rude as I shopped at the store. I purchased shorts here last year, but took my money to Lululemon this time. No idea how someone could be so incompetent and unprofessional. I was polite, but complained on my way out. Still in shock about what just happened.
Ten stars. I love this brand and the staff at this location is great. Kim, Jen, Ruby, and the manager have all given my husband and I wonderful service over the years. Recently, we experienced a mix up and they solved it immediately with no issues. Thank you for valuing our business, we are customers for life!
I love coming to this store and receive excellent customer service each time I am there. All staff are wonderful ready to help as soon as I walk to the store. Alex, Johnathan and Natalie are the ones with whom I received help the most and got to know their names. They treat me like a VIP! Was excited that I had the time to browse, try things on and thought the Fashion Island location would be great but I was wrong! Was approached and someone offered to put my things in a changing room almost immediately (assume to claim commission on my purchases.) Thereafter, apparently I became invisible?
