Mercy pulled the wrong item to be shipped to me, and when I contacted the company it took 3 emails, a Facebook message, and finally a phone call before they could tell me "there's nothing we can do about her mistake, sorry you got a men's wallet instead of a ladies, if you're unhappy send it back".
