Ordering was easy the flowers looked like the picture. The only reason why it could be better was I asked for a specific time which was before 11 which I called and she said that could he done I would be one of the first stops. The delivery is 7 min from the shop. My mom has never has flowers delivered to her so I wanted her to have the full experience of being surprised when they say who their for. I made a purchase of some flowers everything came out at $115 dollars supposedly I would bring extra roses and the size was larger than usual, I leave a photo of what I ordered and what came to me, and talking to customer service I wanted them to take the flowers to the table when I live about 40 minutes away to give me a refund like $20, horrible service. The roses didn’t even look good.
The flowers were beautiful, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. I live out of town and placed an order on May 2, 2026 for sympathy flowers to be delivered on May 6, 2026. I should’ve realized there may be delivery issues when the online order form never asked for a preferred delivery time — it only allowed me to select the delivery date.
