Very unprofessional They don’t answer the phone so basically you can’t make an appointment or follow up they’re very lazy and don’t care about the wellbeing of patients oral health we are nothing more than a bill to them a payment we are expendable to Elida
SCAM ! Your insurance won’t cover anything and they’ll charge your Hundreds of dollars if you don’t pay they won’t touch you and they never answer the phone to book an appointment yet two receptionist is always the desk
Be very careful before going to this place. I went there even after reading the reviews, and unfortunately, my experience was very similar to what others described. I was told I would need to pay an additional $350 for an MRI scan because insurance would not cover it. After paying that fee and moving forward with treatment, I was then told there could be additional charges for certain devices and treatments.
