Receptionists are always trying to get you to pay in cash for a procedure that should be covered by insurance. Needed an operation and they purposefully submitted the wrong info to my insurance and told me it was rejected and that I'd need to pay out of pocket.

I needed an endodontist. recommended this clinic. I was in this clinic on November 13. I had to clean the root canal. They took a picture and said yes, it can be cleaned. But first you have to pay $350, we will do a supernatural examination and send it to the insurance company so that the rest of the amount would be covered by your insurance. What is wrong with the people here? It is almost as if they ask to not provide good or decent service, or maybe it's a front for something else because it's sure as hell is not any kind of dentistry. Customer service is not even provided at this place before you even step past even a conversation. Oh and they purposely ignore your calls after they tell you they cannot service you even though their website states otherwise.
