The front desk lady really tries to get extra money from you. She plays innocent but she's very calculating and rude. I tried to like this place. There are some good people there but because of her I will never go back. Very bad experience!
Horrendous ! Do not waste your time! They’ll claim your insurance won’t cover certain services, and that they’ve supposedly submitted claims to your insurance that were “denied”. They refused to touch me unless I paid $350 for a CT SCAN that was covered by insurance. Thank god I called my insurance beforehand, and they confirmed it was 100% covered and that Elida NEVER sent any claims in the 3 weeks between appointments. I like it here, they were really good, insurance did not cover all, but all the procedures insurance covered they did it great. Insurance companies said to customers they cover everything, but they don't, they lie to people and when they go to the clinic they think it's the dentist office's fault, please first check with your insurance providers

SCAM!!! DO NOT GO HERE Went in for a consultation today and they took several xrays Sat me in a room the doctor comes in and DOES NOT EVEN EXAMINE ME. He told me that i had an infection in my tooth that needs the root canal and he couldn't see my nerve because my sinus was covering it, then proceeded to say i needed a CT Scan. Went back to the waiting area waited less than 5 mins for them to “run” my insurance I was called back up and she told me my insurance didnt cover the CT scan and i would have to pay 350 out of pocket ... read more
