I had a very upsetting experience with Ana Perdomo in November 2024. During my Pap smear, she was intentionally rough and caused me a lot of pain, as if she wanted to hurt me. She showed no compassion, no respect, and no professionalism. Even though there was a translator and staff in the room, she didn’t try to comfort me at all. I’ve been coming to this clinic for many years. My provider, Babenko, is always attentive and caring, and really takes the time to listen. The front desk staff are always polite and welcoming, and the medical assistant is very kind as well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care here. The only downside is that the facility could be cleaner, but I believe that’s more of a management issue than the staff’s fault.

Faiure to treat. Infection for nearly whole year and half. They ignored me. Then told to find another pcp cause tge PA no longer works there. Tge had gaslight me to see ..ur labs r negative. No my urine is also amber. No matter how much I drink water. Then denied medicine.
