Very disappointed with physician care. Especially Dr. Samuel’s. She speaks over you, does not listen to you and does not allow you to ask any questions. When physicians speak over patients, it’s shows that they don’t care about the patients needs and that is extremely upsetting. The reports written after my appointment were rude and incorrect. I am disappointed. After spending 40 minutes on the road one way. After spending half an hour in the clinic filling out a questionnaire. I am being discriminated against because I have a child. That I cannot take with me, but there are cases when you have no one to leave your child with and because of that you are denied treatment.

Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but we were not brought into a room until 10:45 AM. After that, we continued to wait and did not see the doctor until nearly an hour later. While the provider was thorough in their examination and addressed all of our questions thoughtfully, there was a significant error in the prescription process.
