All these clinics and they never have an available provider to see the soonest they are all always scheduling you months away from when you actually need to go in and see them doesn’t matter how the bad urgency is it’s ridiculous
These centers are terrible. Customer service over the phone is extremely disrespectful. The doctors don't even look at you; they look at a screen, ask questions from a questionnaire, and then run away in less than five minutes, without further explanation. Making a referral is a nightmare; they take forever and don't even explain why. There's no way they can help you or solve anything. I don't recommend them at all, and if I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Referrals take 7 plus weeks to be looked at and then another 2 months to get appointments with the specialists. Very poor medical care. Doctors seem good though
WDF !! 30 minutes on call looking for location, to Book appointment. All Gaddis People no one listening Her name was Cristiana 30 minutes she was away and put me on hold , Please Bring professional People and Doctors google searchers
