This was one of the worst experiences in my life. In my opinion he is the most arrogant, self serving doctor I have ever met. His staff are frightened of him, and refuse to speak up for the patients. Because the staff made an error 1 year ago processing his bill through my GOOD insurance company, he was never paid for his services. They decided to contact me the day before my appointment to address the matter, and finally got the correct information from the back of my insurance card to submit the claim.
