Wonderful experience! The entire staff is professional, courteous and kind. I would recommend Dr. Ruiloba to all my family and friends........ Update- Wow! I was so wrong first review. My 1st experience was the 2nd appt was so bad - I waited 40 mins and was not able to see the dr. So I requested a refund of my copay and left. There wasn't any apology or concern from the Dr so I decided to discontinue therapy with this company
I was looking for a doc for a while. Insurance sent names, I saw his. I chose to seek him out because Elias from the Bible. When I got there, he looked just like my best friend Kesh who was from Iraq who passed away. Dr. Ruiloba has shown himself an exemplary Psych Doc. I have autism and have been molested in the past. So it's hard to feel comfortable and safe around people especially men. But with him I instantly felt OK.
