I felt compelled to share my recent experience with your team, as it was far from the standard of professionalism and customer service one would expect. If you want your property to sit there vacant ,hire them. The elias team are incredibly difficult to work with and insist on working amongst themselves . They do not work with any brokers or any other companies which limits their reach of prospects. I strongly advise working with them / giving them any business. If you are an agent they will keep more then 50 percent of the commision. I see their properties vacant for over a year , for a good reason too. 0/5 stars. STAY AWAY
