These people are trying to commit billing fraud at this office. They are trying to charge me for an appointment I never attended. I called the morning of my appointment at 6am and left a message stating that I was sick with the flu and I would not be attending my appointment. The next day i received a text that said "Thanks for visiting Elias Dental! Please provide feedback on experience" That's the thing, the only experience I had was laying on the couch with the flu. FANTASTIC staff! Dentist is patient and informative, and when I needed a procedure referred out , Nadia and Carmina called multiple other offices to find someone who takes my insurance and even made me an appointment with them! Above and beyond couldn’t recommend enough!
After my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of a dental implant, I paid a significant down payment towards the procedure. I received several threatening calls from the receptionist, saying they wouldn't see me as a patient until I paid the full amount for a procedure that hadn't even been completed. When I went into the office on the day of the implant, they were rude and dismissive even after I paid the remaining portion of the bill. The procedure itself went fine, but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
