Office staff frequently do not follow through on promises. It is challenging to meet my needs when trying to communicate with her office staff. The doctor prescribed me medication that triggered extremely bad side effects which should have been obvious to her given recent experiences
Very happy to have found Dr. G. After over 20 years to different Doctors, Counsellors and Therapists I finally have the Doctor that works for me. Scheduling was easy, appointments on time and follow ups are great too. The appointments themselves are not at all rushed, everything is addressed and plenty of time for questions or concerns. I have never felt more at ease knowing that my health is now taken care of and l am understood.
Laziest diagnoses - unspecified mood/anxiety, after a bipolar misdiagnosis of course, as psychiatrists hand those out like candy. Missed my autism, ADHD, and PTSD. Continuously stumped why I wasn't cured. Kept asking me at the start of every appointment how Lactimal was going no matter how long it was after I'd stopped it. Failed to get in touch with me for a month after I'd been unable to sleep for a week on an antipsychotic. Way too many patients. My first appointment was a month ago. She claimed she would call in my medications the same day. Never did. Left a message for the office asking them to call in my medications, never got a call back. Called the office this morning, they claimed they would call in my medications. Didn’t do that either. So tired of this game.
Dr. G. is fantastic. She listens well and cares about her patients well being and happiness, and demonstrates great empathy for what they are experiencing. I highly recommend her!!
